Gun Raffle Wall Calendar
Rules and Regulations
- You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase a calendar and to be eligible to win a firearm.
- Each Gun Wall Calendar is $100, which enters the purchaser into the drawing for one firearm per week (52 weeks)
- Each Wall Calendar has two numbers on it between 000-999. Starting Wednesday January 1st, 2025 at 10 am the Texas Lottery Pick 3 Numbers will be used to determine the winner of the prize. This ensures that there will only be one winner per week. If for any reason the Texas Lottery Pick 3 ends, the numbers will be drawn at random on the same calendar dates. According to Texas Lotto Pick 3, reselection of your numbers is possible.
- The drawing will start Wednesday January 1st, 2025.
- All winners of firearms must complete the ATF Form 4473 and pass the NICS background check. If the winner fails the NICS background check they will forfeit the prize awarded. Winners assume all responsibility of the firearm once they have passed the NICS background check.
- All firearms will be distributed in compliance with all federal, state and local laws at the following location: Rockport Pawn, Rockport, TX 78382
- The Chamber will contact the winner by phone twice, email once and will mail once, if necessary, utilizing the information provided on the Calendar stub when purchased. The winners’ names will be listed on the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce website at www.rockport-fulton.org. Winners must claim their prize within 60 days at the location listed above or the prize will be donated back to the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce.
- The Chamber Gun Raffle List will identify which firearm is being given away each week.
- If the winner chooses to have the firearm shipped to another FFL dealer, the winner will incur the expense of the transfer and the shipping cost.
- Prizes are subject to manufacturers’ inventory and will be substituted with a product of the same value in the event that a product is not available. The Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to change any models, etc. of the prizes if need be due to availability, law and regulation changes, etc.
- Wall Calendars and prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
